Camera Techniques
The Rule of Thirds
I think this camera technique is considered important because it can drastically improve the quality of any image to make it go from bland to interesting. You could use this technique when taking pictures for articles, fundraisers, or just for personal pleasure.
Fill the Frame
I think this technique is important to remember as many times pictures would be perfect, but people tend to take photos from too far of a distance. I would like to know more about how to take pictures up close more efficiently, as I often find my pictures turn out a bit fuzzy and out of focus.
Framing
Framing is an important technique as similar to the rule of thirds, it can take the quality and content of your photo up another notch. If you have interesting things happening in the background of your pictures, people will be a lot more likely to pay attention to them.
Point of View
Point of view is a very important technique as it can completely change the outcome of your photos. You may be taking pictures of the same object, landscape, or area, but end up with completely different photos then the person next to you because you took them at different point of views.
Level Horizon
This technique is very important because it can make or break your pictures. You may be capturing a beautiful sunrise or forest scene, but if your photo is (unintentionally) tilted way over to one side, the way you took the photo may have ruined the shot completely.
